Thank you @NancyTree I managed to rescue most of my lost data but learnt a valuable lesson. Back Up and frequently. It's been quite a number of years since I had a USB drive die on me but I should have learnt from that. This time it wasn't vitally important data, just my Darebee activity tracking which I am quite methodical about. Speaking of which, here is today's activity.

Not much to report in the intervening period. I've continued doing activity every day. My weight has blown out but I'm still training hard and feeling stronger so I'm not too concerned.

Hey Bees, I'm back (again :hi:)

Another month and then some has past. I swear I don't know how it happens. Anyway I am still plodding along and doing my 15+ minutes a day of physical activity. I'm now up to Day 299 on Tuesday 1st October 2024. I'm not going to bore you with the trivial details of the past 6 weeks or so but I've completed the Stomach Vacuum, The Miner, and Step-Up challenges. I'm now back instructing Kung Fu to little people on Saturday mornings, where I can I'm doing three Les Mills BodyCombat classes a week, a Kung Fu class of my own, and a bit of walking as well as the Darebee challenges. I've started a number of programs but not finished them yet and still have a number of challenges I'm working through that I started a while ago.
