Hey everyone
i have been working out on and off and trying to keep to my promise of darbee and keep to staying healthy and stay on healthy protein rich diet, go for regular walks, fruit smoothies, HIIT, LIIT, Cardio, pilates, getting in my daily steps, been partying alot with family since i am leaving for usa as soon as i get my visa and ticket handled working hard towards daily life!
