Smashed 5 hours and 30 minutes of workout spent almost the entire day working out as i had finished up all the chores, took out the trash, cleaned up the house and cooked for both lunch and dinner, felt the burn and the intensity and feeling hell sore in the body everything is achey but in a good way! looking forward to feeling fitter and healthier. keeping my promise about first thing lemonade and no sugar in any form, staying absolutely healthy in the body, eating healthier, cooked a heavy salad for both lunch and dinner and had a bit of chicken soup along with the salad i made! all in all good day!
