In the meantime, I'll try to at least walk a 5K once a week so I can stay used to the distance, if not the faster pace every time.

I got an hourly job at one of my local grocery stores, while I continue searching for my next "career" position. Some decent income in the meantime, plus it's the same place I had my very first job at which is nice. I'll need to figure out what that looks like for working out, hoping I can continue with my current exercise plan but we'll see what my schedule looks like. Further up and further in!

Skipped a week of the last phase, it wasn't really doing what I wanted it to and I feel like some of the exercises were causing some unnecessary tension & impingement. Today felt much better, good pump & workout - the perfect antidote for a grey rainy day outside.
