This post is a personal post to track activity, and to help motivate myself.

The plan is :
- minimum 100 pushups & 100 abs / day + 1x HIIT routine
- desired : 200 pushups & 200 abs/day + 1x HIIT routine + others ( dancing, etc. ).

Start : day 1 : 2024/29/12
Currently at - 95.2 kg , goal : 80 kg

Edit n1 : Quotes will be from the book I'm currently reading.

It was said that, since vast amounts of magic can seriously distort the mundane world, the magical library did not obey the rules of space and time. It was said that it went on forever. It was said that you could wander for days among the distant shelves, that there were lost tribes of research students somewhere in there, that strange things lurked in forgotten alcoves and were preyed on by other things that were even stranger.

It is said that the gods play games with the lives of men. But what games, and why, and the identities of the actual pawns, and what the game is, and what the rules are — who knows?
