New thread yay!

Can any tell me this much workout is enough to fat loss with calorie deficit? Or I need to step up my game?
Focus on building the habit first!
You will burn out in a few weeks/months, it happens to us all. Make sure you lower the load as much as you need to keep going at that point.
Unfortunately there is no workout that will give you your dream body in a few weeks. Consistency is key! (I know, I know, I wish it was different too)
You will be stronger and healthier. The scale will follow, but that will take months to years.

Okaie. Thank you.
I m feeling so pumped up and obsessed in just two days. Need to hold onto my horses 😬😅

From past 2-3 years I lose 5 kgs of fat in 2-3 months and the leave all tbe efforts for months and gain back again the same kilos. Just want to break this vicious cycle and be on the other side for once and for All. 😅🤷‍♀️

I'm the same #adhd
Do whatever feels good now, you can work our more now if you have the motivation. As long as you don't injure yourself and listen to your body it's totally fine, but just know it WILL crash. And then you have to keep going, even if it's just a single short workout. Over time you can build up.
