"Doing Daily Exercise + Daily Workout"

Add-On for more flexibility?

Still somewhat new to Darebee, so i could use some advice/assistance.

Currently doing 90 Days of Action (see Checking In) but one of my secondary goals is getting more flexibility. Which isn't abysmal, but isn't great either. So i'd like some recommendations for a light addition i could do to increase my flexibility.

For example, can't touch my toes while standing.

That was just an example, i'd like to be more flexible and limber in general, so i'll take a look at Unbound, may start that August 31st when i'm more used to the 90 Days of Action program. And it would be easier to keep in sync as Day 1 of Unbound would be Day 31 of 90DoA. Could repeat Unbound even on Day 61.

I've been going through Unbound and enjoy it fairly well.

While doing a quick look up, though, I did find a 30 day Touch Your Toes Challenge if you want to make that a specific goal. :)
omfg I need this. I cannot touch my toes at all. Thanks for linking that challenge, it's FOR SURE going to be on my next round once Im done with the current ones :D I may add it sooner though. My holy grail ... :persevering:

These are just a few ideas, there are also several workouts that can be used to improve flexibility. :)

Question about Spine mobility:
It says in the exercises 3 sets total, Does that mean that one set contains 10 or 30 alt/arm leg extensions, so when done the whole thing you have to reach 30 or 90 of those?
Fair question! It means 10 each set with 30 at the end.

A lot of workouts you do one set of each exercise before before moving to a second set. This one wants you to do all the sets for an exercise before moving on. :)

Well, then i did it somewhat wrong as i did it the classical way, 10 repetitions and moving on to the next exercise. But at least i did all 30. And it was quite more challenging than i thought. Didn't help that thanks to my local weather i had 29°C/84°F in my room.

Gonna keep that in mind for the future to do every exercise in one go before moving on.
Should i add some regeneration days in between or can i do those daily?

Honestly, I think that's fine. I think there's technically a difference, but I'm not sure it's enough to actually be bothered by it. :)

Though it'll depend on the exercises. If it has sets listed at the top of the page, it's the classic route. If it's under each exercise like that one, you do the full exercise and all sets first.

I think that really depends on how you're feeling. Let your body guide you, you know. If it gets to be actual painful, I'd rest up. But since it's fairly low intensity, it should be okay to keep it everyday if you want. I think. ^_^;;
