Hi all.
Having completely fallen off the exercise wagon again, I find myself rediscovering Darebee for the 3rd or 4th time in at least that many years. This time I'm starting with the (intentionally extremely achievable) goal of just committing to do the EOTD daily, in the hope I can trick my dopamine-seeking brain into finding itself in the habit of doing at least *some* exercise.
I'll be using this thread as a very basic log in an attempt to maintain some sense of accountability
