Hello everyone! Remember me? 👀

Due to life getting in the way I've been absent here for almost a year. Hopefully I can make the routine with training stick this time

Today started
FIRE HEART day 1: 3 sets. I felt my muscles didn't like me doing squats so I kept it light.

ZEN & MEDITATION: day 1

I was sore today, not surprised since I haven't trained for months😅 I really think I'll be having the problem of trying to do more. I know I should ease in to this, but in my mind I know what I should be able to do.

FIRE HEART Day 2: 4 sets
ZEN day 2: 20 minutes of meditation (my app had no shorter time frame)
Wim hof breathing: Yes.

Vacation days for others means visits for me, and problems with sticking to my schedule for training.

Fire heart day 5 3 sets.

Zen day 4 10 minutes of meditation. I find that I have missed my daily meditation, I guess this will be the motivation I needed for taking up the habit again
