I'm late to even starting this thread to track progress, but here goes.
I'm a newcomer here, and certainly not the athletic type. I've been trying to ease myself in to a routine, in hopes that doing so will make it less intimidating and lead to sustaining the habit(s) as I build a little confidence.
That said, I'm on day #4 of the Abs Standing (January) Challenge. Figured it was a good a time to start as any - as cliche as the 'new year's resolution' bit is.
I have other miscellaneous goals I'm chipping away at that go beyond the scope of this thread. The only other I'll really speak of here is my intention/goal to get up from my desk once an hour to stretch/move. Due to my job, I can't really leave my desk to take a walk the way I could with my previous employer - but it's something.
So, while it's day #1 of this thread, it's day #4 of Abs Standing (January) Challenge completed.
Oh, and Happy New Year.
