"90 Day Workout Goal"
Greetings Everone!

I just began Day 1 of commitment to work out for 90 days straight.

I began with a 30 min walk in place on my rebounder.

I then completed Iron Born Day 1 and finished off with 3 sets of Cardio And Core Express.

I wanted to quit during the first set of C&CE because I could feel my right leg muscles cramping up - But I plugged through it.

I learned that I am in very poor shape and my weight is working against me. I could barely perform the knee-to-elbows due to my lack of mobility.

But I did what I set out to do.

I set my alarm for 3 AM- got out of bed- and worked out.
