This post is a personal post to track activity, and to help motivate myself.
The plan is :
- minimum 100 pushups & 100 abs / day + 1x HIIT routine
- desired : 200 pushups & 200 abs/day + 1x HIIT routine + others ( dancing, etc. ).
Start : day 1 : 2024/29/12
Currently at - 95.2 kg , goal : 80 kg
