Finishing up Square One: What next?

I'll be finishing up the 90 days of Square One.

My cardio is still crap, so that will need to improve, but I also want to keep the mobility and muscle stuff going.

Middle-aged woman, fat and mildly hypermobile.

Important to know: the programs where I am not doing the same thing everyday work best. I have zero equipment, mild peroneal tendinitis and a mildly impaired right elbow and shoulder (limited range of motion).

Guidance on the next program would be really appreciated. This is a long term rehabilitation project that is following a period of illness.

If you felt comfortable with Square One and are doing some sort of rehabilitation, in my opinion it is better to stick to lv1 or 2 programs at best.

The important thing is to continue doing some exercise when and if you want to increase your pace you can do it easily because you have never stopped training.
It's just my opinion :)
