Getting back on a track

Hi everyone!

I have started this thread as my log, of getting back to bodyweight workouts.

Exactly 1 month ago I had an operation of my belly, and now, when the pain is gone I need to get back to activity.
So I decided to start over, and start slowly, being much overweight.
My choice fell on Vitality.
So today I did day 1 of it, and.... I feel good :click:
The hardest part is to keep low pace, getting slowly back in shape.

But I know it's possible.
I'm excited to be here once again. :worried:
