@FlowersandPetals I can admit I am not as committed to my workouts as you are. I feel sometimes that I don't have time to do a great workout. Sometimes I fall into a slump.
I understand totally! I’m up around 3:30-4 am most days to work out. My husband and daughters are disabled and I don’t handle the stress when I don’t get a good workout in. Even my active rest day (Saturday) is usually close to an hour, including stretching. Do what you can and keep trying to find something that works for you! :hug:

Truth, believe many of us slump :thinking: I know I have many times over the years.:giveup:

I found DareBee and many encouraging Bees 5 years ago next month. Many physical and training ups and downs since then lol …

Keep on shining every day, and believe…KNOW you can do it. Whatever we put our mind to. We can. You can.

That time thing hits me pretty hard too - ouch!

February 1 finally! January always feels so long, even with a family member’s birthday during it.

Active Rest Day Workout:

Katana Warmup (I used a pool noodle, cut a little shorter)

Power Up Program Day 2 - this was hard but I loved it!

Pushups- 5 sets, 12 reps each, full plank

Side Quest -3 sets

Standing Back -3 sets

Upper body Mobility-3 sets

Good Morning Abs -2 sets

Catch & Release -3 sets 49 minutes

Stretching: Upperbody Stretching, and Part 2

My arms are really feeling it already. So much for “active rest”! :phew:During my stretching my cat came into the room. He dropped his dog plushie on my foot, meowed at me a few times, then waited on a step stool for me to throw it for him. I’m starting to wonder if he thinks he’s a dog. :amused:

Stretching: Sitting Fix and Morning Lowerbody Stretch

Today’s Workout:

Universal Warmup

Power Up Program Day 4

Abs Sculpt-5 sets

Arms and Abs Strength Training 1 hour, 49 minutes (including 5 sets, 12 reps of regular , full plank pushups)

Stretching : Morning Upperbody Stretching, and Hamstring Stretches

The pushups were a bit hard for me today but I think it’s because the Abs Sculpt workout included pushups on my stability ball. (Doesn’t help that my stability ball is anything but stable! :brave:)

Power Up Program Day 5 — had to modify the 60 second pushup hold, doing 30 seconds of a forearm plank instead. So half pushup hold, half forearm plank.

Queen’s Gambit -5 sets

Leg Day Strength Training- 2 hours, 1 minute

Stretching: Sitting Fix and Morning Lowerbody Stretch
