@FlowersandPetals I can admit I am not as committed to my workouts as you are. I feel sometimes that I don't have time to do a great workout. Sometimes I fall into a slump.
I understand totally! I’m up around 3:30-4 am most days to work out. My husband and daughters are disabled and I don’t handle the stress when I don’t get a good workout in. Even my active rest day (Saturday) is usually close to an hour, including stretching. EOTD 10+ pushups - I did 20 full plank pushups in 1 go!
