My active rest day and weigh in day. Gained back a little over a pound
Classic Warmup
Fit December Day 7, five sets
Storm Princess 3 sets
Mr. Grinch- 3 sets
Winter Blues- 3 sets
Selkie- 3 sets. 42 minutes
Ultimate Morning Stretching parts 1 and 2 plus a few extra stretches for-19 minutes
I’m so frustrated with myself about my weight. I took the rest of my bag of chips and threw them out. I need to find a vegan gluten free alternative that isn’t popcorn (can’t have popcorn because it affects my MCAS symptoms).
I just want to say thank you for everyone’s support. Yous guys are amazing.
