Hey everyone!

I have gained quite a bit of weight over the past 3 years. Been doing some training and walking on and off but never really committed to a program, I never enjoyed hitting the gym and doing the same old routines, I enjoy working out at home more.

I have a 10kg kettlebell and today I began the Gauntlet program.

My current goal is to do the Gauntlet program every day for the 30 days it lasts and also do at least 10000 steps daily. My ultimate goal is to drop about 16kgs to reach my ideal weight while also gaining some muscle along the way.

So Day 1 of Gauntlet completed along with 15000 steps as calculated by my smartwatch.

Will be checking in daily, glad to be part of the community!
