It's a new year and I need to get in shape, lose weight and become more active. I've put it off long enough. Yes, I'm a procrastinator and couldn't even start on the first. :(

But I've read a few member's logs and I'm inspired to start a few.

I'm 5'10" and weigh 215 lbs and I'm a professional/amateur couch potato so it's time to start moving.

Day 1 of the following has been completed:
Need to work on eating more healthier and small portions.
