Here I am, starting it all over again. :tuzki-hi:
Actully, I had already started, but wasn't checking in, because sometimes it feels like too much pressure..
Over the past month, I completed Fit December and a couple of challenges. Not much, but still, I'm very-very proud of myself, because it kept me working out every single day - even if it was already past 10-11pm. My daily workout routine looked like this:
  1. One & Done Butt Kicks
  2. Fit December
  3. First Thing Push-Ups
  4. Exercise of the day
  5. +sometimes workout of the day (if it was a super-easy day)
So, right now I'm aiming for consistency, rather than focusing on any specific result (although losing some body fat would be really great, but I'm trying not to push myself too hard, bc then I might just collapse). "Fit December" was a fairly easy program, but just right for my new beginning.
This month I want to try Total Body Strength+ along with January's challenge - Standing Abs. And I think I'll keep doing One & Done, as it makes for a nice warmup.
