Is ZEN one of the programs slated for an overhaul?
I ask because its current status is very wonky.
The bar graph on the title page suggests it's a Difficulty Level 1/2 Program. But it shows up in the Programs Filter as a Level 2. And it includes 1-minute single-leg balance holds which, according to the Workout Manual, should position the Program as a Level 5.
The title page also suggests, in the text, that ZEN is physically a "very easy" program. Which it is not!
I have taught yoga. I taught an athletic style of yoga to some very fit gym rats. The vast majority of my students would have really struggled with some of the days in the ZEN Program.
