Posture challenge

For the posture challenge, does "repeat twice" mean that you repeat the exercise once in the morning and once in the evening (two times total per day) or twice in the morning and twice in the evening (four times total per day)?

Wish I could attach the challenge but I don't know how

Based on the other parts which say "3 sets in total throughout the day" I would assume it means one set in the morning and one set in the evening.

That said though, if you wanted to have say a 1-2min break between sets and do it twice in the morning and evening, so long as you're not hurting yourself go for it :u:

Looking at it, I think it's one in the morning and one at night. Mostly because for the ones that say 3 sets, it says throughout the day. So it sounds like they want to encourage you to stretch the workout out through the day instead of doing it all at once.

That said, I agree with the above in that if you can do it more, it wouldn't hurt anything, haha.

I’d say it’s one in the morning and one at night too, especially since they mention "throughout the day" for other exercises. But if you’re feeling good and want to do more, doubling it up couldn’t hurt. Just make sure you’re not pushing too hard or straining yourself. Posture challenges are definitely a long game, so consistency over intensity works best. 😎

Thanks for the help and advice!

Since the answers seemed split, I think I'm gonna go with the twice a day option. I could do more but I'd rather do less than end up not doing it at all. Eighty eight side bends twice a day feels a little overwhelming...
