Powering up for the new(ish)year!

My first check in! Day 1 of the power up program! I actually had extra time (and had so much fun doing day 1 that I did day 2 too, lol). I warmed up and cooled down which is always fun. I also danced to some of my favourite songs which was relaxing. I hope I'll keep this habit up, but life can be busy sometimes! :)

Day 2

Since I did day 2 yesterday, I did day 3 of the power up program today! I didn't have much time, so I quickly warmed up and did day 3! legs ig. and I cooled down.
I think I have more time tomorrow so I can probably do 2 days? I looked ahead and there's pushups in day 5 which is exciting :|
