Push Pull Legs clarification

Hi folks,
Looking at Day 5 of Push Pull Legs

For the Svend Press is says 8-10 reps per arm... but... isn't it a two armed exercise? (couldn't find Svend press in the video exercise library)
So does that mean 8-10 reps per set, or 16-20?
Likewise, the twists, it says 8-10 per arm - I'm assuming that means 'per side'? (so you twist to 'face' each side 8-10 times per set)

Thanks

Hey, I'm also confused about Day 5 of this program, but so far mostly about the first 2 exercises!
I have only done tricep extensions with an elastic band before, not with weights, and I honestly don't see the difference between the two exercises. One is called "overhead" and one isn't but the illustrations could just be two views of the same exercise for me...

To simplify as much as possible, in the first exercise the weight starts from the same shoulder as the arm, in the second it starts from the opposite shoulder, the angle in which the weight moves changes :)

Thanks for your replies! The video doesn't quite seem to match the positions shown in the Darebee program, but I think the two-handed approach might suit me, so I think I will try that when day 17 rolls around :ss:
