Question about me starting my NPLQ lifeguard training
Hi all,
As you guys are so helpful I need your help, I am going to start training for my NPLQ lifeguard training at 40 when the kids go back to school in next couple weeks that I aim to complete either February or August all depending on how I feel when Christmas comes along.
I have been given some dry land exercises to do by a one of my customers who used to be a PT.
My question is do I do my dry land training the same day as my swimming practice (I am going to do swimming once a week as that is all my time constraints allow me too do) where I am looking at 2-3 days a week dry land training.
I am hoping that makes some sort of sense as not very good at that
Andy
