Should I do more cardio?

Hi,

So I used to have a planet fitness membership, and I did go fairly often (at least a couple times a week). I've been doing and sticking with the Recomp plan for a while now, but I've been starting to feel like adding in some more cardio. I've been debating my options, because none of the gyms close to me where I'm living now are nearly as cheap as the PF, and I'm wondering if it might get the job done to just start adding in a cardio workout here and there from here on darebee. One of the things I used to find reassuring was the 'calories burned' thingy on the elliptical, and I do kind of miss that, but on the other hand I'm worried that if I get a fitness watch I'll get obsessive about it. I'm also wondering if I'm overthinking or what. Any advice is appreciated.

If you feel like adding some cardio, then I say go for it. There's a fairly light cardio called, well, 30 Days of Cardio Light as well as a regular cardio version. I get you about the calories burned part, but I personally wouldn't worry about that too much unless there's a need to.

I took a look at your workout plan (Recomp) and in my opinion, if you already do the two HIIT workouts a week, you're already fine with cardio without changing anything. :)

it looks like that if you are questioning yourself, you may are already missing cardio exercices. Just try to add one, and see if you are better ?
I must admit that the watch is becoming addictive.
