Sore muscles and HIIT day - how?
I bet my question has been answered somewhere but for the life of myself I couldn't find it. I am doing the soma 40 program and feel so good doing it. However, I overdid it and have THE MOTHER OF ALL TRAINING PAINS.
I can move my legs- slowly. Walking is pain. Yesterday I took a rest day (well, I went to a concert, walked and stood for 6 hours straight, "rest" is relative). I feel i need to get the training in today, else I fell off the training wagon. But I have the feeling I can't do it. My legs cramp as soon as I do a single jumping jack.
So, what do you recommend in this case? Stretch and another rest day? Soldier through and ignore the pain? Do the HIIT as SIIT (Slug intensity impact training, I can't even do LIIT, I move like a well-fed Slug).
