"rest 30 seconds between sets, 2 minutes after each exercise"
so for example day 1, should i do 4 sets of squats in a row with 30 seconds rest between them, then rest 2 minutes and start doing reverse lunges?

thanks for answering. noted
i'm 3 days in and was doing it the other way around - 4 exercises with 30 seconds rest between them
It happened to everyone (me too) before they figured out the pattern
How to do it is explained in the Workout Manual

I still don't get it...am I stupid or what?
Does it mean, I need to perform 32 squats in row, then 30 sec of rest, after 4 sets 2 minutes of rest, and then next excercise?
I am confused with 10,8,8,6 reps.
What does it mean?
32 reps at once, then 30 sec of rest X4, then up to 2 min of rest, and then on next excercise?
Thanks, and sorry to bother you!
