June 24. Day 1597. 21 minutes/4.07 miles and 23 minutes/4.28 miles. Day 1 for the COVID survey. Day 68 flossing.
June 25. Day 1598. 15 minutes/3.06 miles, 15 minutes/2.70 miles. Day 2 for the COVID survey. Day 69 flossing.
June 26. Day 1599. 100 punches before bed. Day 70 flossing.
June 27. Day 1600 of some form of exercise each day even if only a token amount. 11 minutes/1.86 miles, 6 minutes/0.97 miles, 6 minutes/0.84 miles, 10 minutes/1.8 miles. Day 3 for the COVID survey. Day 71 flossing.
June 28. Day 1601. 6 minutes/0.94 miles, 6 minutes/0.84 miles, 4 minutes/0.71 miles. Day 72 flossing.
June 29. Day 1602. 12 minutes/2.34 miles, 9 minutes/1.57 miles, Day 4 for the COVID survey, day 73 flossing.
June 30. Day 1603. Family visit in another state. 100 punches before bed. Skipped flossing during this visit, sorry.
July 1. Day 1604. Also 100 punches.
July 2. Day 1605. Borrowed my father's bike. 31 minutes/4.89 miles. Day 1 for the COVID survey.
July 3. Day 1606. Travel day. Did not feel well. Managed 20 wall pushups, that's at least something. Day 1 flossing.
July 4. Day 1607. 50 punches before bed. Day 2 flossing.
July 5. Day 1608. So far, 10 minutes/1.83 miles and 6 minutes/0.95 miles. Will edit for more later. EDIT: 8 min/1.1 miles, 4 min/0.68 miles, 5 min/9.74 miles, and qp min/1.79 miles. day 2 for the COVID survey. day 3 flossing.
