Said someone, despite having no dogs, had a bag full of small milk bones in his pocket. This made Cooper stop barking and then the dude tossed like, six of them at him lmao. Not all at once, but it was like a little game to Coop.

I am going to hazard a guess that the next time Cooper sees him, he will bark.
