New thread. Imma not put in all the things. Let's talk where I'm at. I'm attacking Darebee from the easiest to the hardest. My primary fitness focus is roller derby. I have a bum shoulder that sometimes means I have to take long breaks. It's whatever.
Anyway, I'm halfway through Baseline, but I had to take a loooong break from everything due to aforementioned shoulder. I think I may have finally gotten it in a good place to move forward from. Only time will tell. I'm back at derby at least 2x a week, full contact, and I haven't had any problems, so I wanted to start adding things back in - darebee, my jump rope program, Ring Fit, etc.
Imagine my surprise when I logged on after my break and found everything moving! New me, new site, let's gooooooo!
