Hi all,
Finally I decided to come back to the gym and take it a little bit serious.
I was looking around the programs and I'm little bit lost as there are a tons of material.
I'm 40 + man that always made some exercise and I'd like to go to the gym 3 days / week with quick rutine (max 1 hour) for fully body. I would like to be in shape again , do you have any recommendation which plan I could use?
