Trying Again

I didn't complete the last program despite being so close due to moving and going back to school throwing me off, but I'm trying again. I want to improve my mobility so my ankle doesn't get worse and get healthier. So I started the Vitality program since it's easier on me than the last one due to not having floor exercises. I'm starting light, but it's a start.

Absolutely forgot to do exercises yesterday because I got caught up playing In Stars and Time, so i did day 6 and 7 earlier today.
