Hello,
I was here years ago under another name. Turns out it was longer than I thought because that profile is gone. My fault of course. I let myself really go the last few years. Now in my 50s I’m feeling the results. I wouldn’t call my coming back here a cliche New Year’s resolution thing. Just trying to find a way back to who I was only a few years ago.
Just thought I’d say hi and glad this site is still around. Good luck to everyone in whatever challenges you face!
