I recently lost a good amount of weight by switching my snacks to healthy options and now want to continue with this trend.

I try to stay in a calorie deficit and started to do the Daily Dare, the Workout of the Day and the July Challenge this past Monday.

I may not post every day and I may lose interest altogether, knowing myself, but I want to become healthy and work on my body!
