I'm excited to start the new monthly challenge today! Quick question, though. For the Extra Quest with the sit-ups, is that supposed to be after each set or after the entirety of the sets are done? The instructions say after each workout, so I wasn't super sure.

The Optional Quest is done once at the end of all sets :)
Add the exercise that represents your chosen path at the end of each sit-up workout.
then only at the end of the whole workout.

Although it would be challenging to do it after each set.

Another fun option is to use a six sided die to choose which weapon challenge to do.
