2 November - 10 hook kicks, 100 squat hold punches, 20 triceps extensions, & 20 knee in twists.

3 November - the Batcave Friendly workout @ level 1

4 November - My Happy Place Workout done

5 November - Boss Level workout @ level 1

6 November - Stability workout done

7 November - Over 9000 workout @ level 1

8 November - Zen workout done
