"Doing Daily Exercise + Daily Workout"

Workout/Interval timer app?

Any of you use a workout/interval timer app?

If yes, what do you use?
I'm currently using "Workout Timer: HIIT, Tabata" by "Life Upgrade" from the Android Playstore
Offers pretty good customization options for setting up your whole workout by grouping stuff, individual run times for each exercise and so on.
No ads or subscription. Very limited selection of pre-made programs, so you're pretty much forced to make your own, but it doesn't take long to make one.

But always open to suggestions if there are better choices out there, as long as it is available on Android as i don't have access to an iPhone.

I am using my watch, or Darebee timer, for the programs and workout like hiit it is already configured to have the right intervals

I'm embarrassed to say that more than half of the time I search for the interval I need on YouTube. I'll just type in "timer 45 seconds" or whatever time I need. I've always been able to find the interval I need so far 😅
Did you test Darebee's timer ?

I have an Android phone (motorola lol) and mine is just called 'interval timer' from the play store. It was free, and I can change the sets, work time, and rest time. I can also save a certain # of presets, but i don't really use that feature because I don't mind just changing the settings as needed.

I think I have the same app! The settings are really easy to change, and I like that the screen changes color between work and rest periods. The presets are nice for the tasks I do everyday, too.

Was that the one were you couldn't set up runtimes for individual exercises and only one timer for all? Not to mention charging extra for text to speech, which is ridiculous considering the mobile device does all the work.

If you're looking for a low tech option, highly recommend the Gym Boss timer. I've used mine for well over a year getting through 200+ Darebee HIIT workouts. Works great.

There is this FOSS web app https://www.pippim.com/programs/tim-ta.html.
  1. Save/download the projects.
  2. Each project has consecutive timers that car start automatically or not (rest).
  3. Sets

I use a Qt app so it can compiled for multiple platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and embedded systems.

It can download the image, EC etc. from Darebee if you put the url of the workout.
If somebody is interested I can share the link is FOSS.
