Hello! My wrists are week and whenever there are plank rotations or plank arm raises, my wrists end up hurting (if it's a regular plank, there's no problem - the issue is lifting the hand from the floor and putting it down again). A few years back I did the plank month challenge, with a lot of plank rotations, and ended up with wrist pain for a year.
Besides the hand workouts, is there a way to strenghten my wrists slowly? Is there an exercise to replace plank arm raises or rotations (I feel like doing regular planks is cheating
)? Or a way to make it easier on the wrists? I use handles to keep the wrist straight instead of bending it, but it still hurts from putting it down on the floor repeatedly ![Downcast face with sweat  😓](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f613.png)
