Been out about a year for no good reason. No energy, knees and wrists hurt. Ready to feel stronger. I’ve selected 4 workouts, so I have backups to my backups when I just can’t:
I Showed Up warmup
Good Morning World warmer warmup
60 Bootcamp workout
Totals to get me out of my chair during the day.
I’ve got them all bookmarked and ready to go. Bootcamp is my goal. I also do barre or Nia when the classes fit my schedule, or walk when it’s not 110 degrees here in South Texas. Here I go!
