- Strength - Spartan Mode - level 1. I did each of the pull-ups 3 seconds up; 3 second hold at the top & 3 seconds down
- Run - 2 km
- Meditation
- Walk - 0.65 km
- Hip Stretch - 1st. Set

Before Dinner:
- Yard Work - 55 minutes.

Before Bed:
- Hip Stretch - 2nd set
- Flexibility Today Workout
- Qigong - Foot & Leg Massage

- Strength - Military PT Pyramid - made it to 7; total of 36 pull-ups; 72 push-ups; 190 sit-ups

- We’ve been camping since last Friday. It has been extremely hot. We have spent most of our time “chasing the shadows”

- First day the heat broke
- We spent the morning with friends we haven’t seen in two years
- We spent the evening with friends we haven’t seen in 6 - 8 months

- Camping is over. Wonderful 10 days. Once home unpacked, the trailer & car. Put everything away. Vacuum the car & clean the trailer. While my wife looked after our raised garden bed; I picked tomatoes.

Before Dinner:
- Yoga - Deep Relaxation
- Made dinner - BBQ potatoes, pork chops, steamed cauliflower & carrots.

Before Bed:
- Hip Stretch
- Qigong - Foot & Leg Massage
- Counting Victory Challenge. Camping was lots of fun but there is no place like home!
