The best thing about DAREBEE is having 100% control of your training. You know exactly what you are going to do in advance, how long it will take and when it will be over :LOL: You choose the workout, the number of sets and rest times. This led us to consider creating a page with workouts of the day that are coming up. You will be able to see what workouts are scheduled ~ 2 weeks in advance. So you can plan your time and energy for it. The exercise of the day will remain as is, posted daily.

We are thinking about an additional page and also a type of archive, the homepage itself will look exactly the same. You don't need to check the page, if you don't want to.

Should we add it? What are your thoughts on this?

I don't need it because I like the randomness. I would prefer a randomizer button. :happy:

However, I will not vote no just because if it would be useful to any others, I would not want to take it away from them. :)

Actually, the more I think about it, this sounds smart to give users the option to fit things better into their own schedule.

A couple of reasons come to mind:
- you know in advance what workout you'll be doing and you can better ration your time and energy and if you like randomness, just don't look at the previews,
- It would be easier to keep track of workouts, a sort of monthly program but without following one of Darebee's classic programs.
In short, if someone likes spontaneity, nothing changes, but if someone likes planning things a bit, it becomes a clear improvement :)

I personally like this so I can plan my workouts around my day and include a time for the daily workout if it's one I'm going to do.

It being a link like this means if you get spoiled it's your own fault. :giggle:

I think it's a great idea. Sometimes if you've got a busy day planned you don't have the energy to do a high intensity workout so the adaptability is great. Also its nice to plan your workouts and keep them exciting.
