It's good to be back and I'm glad that I found such great place here.

I've been struggling the last year to start and stay focused on training, but now I don't have other option.
I think no human being have, if they want to stay healthy.

Just came back to the place that I never should left.

And now I'm doing the Hero's Journey + Code of Abs + Marathon Training + 30 days of Yoga.

If you could analyze And give a suggestion, each would it be to improve my routine?

Hi and welcome!
In one point you are right, humans need exercise. We aren't meant to be sedentary.
I think personally when it comes to your routine, only you can answer if it's a good one or not. Everyone and every body is different. You know where you are fitness wise and only you know how your health is doing.
If you think you can achieve what you have picked for yourself then go for it! If after a few days you are noticing that it's too much for you scale down. Reaching fitness goals is a very personal journey.
I know down on the bottom of the page are links. Two of my favorites are the fitness test and the workout plans. Take the test if you are unsure how fit you are, look at the workout plans to see how you could start. Or do like I did, take the test consider your health and choose a program from simple level one to extremely hard level 4 and follow that.
I will happily follow your blog and cheer for you if you need someone for accountability and you know a pat on the back 😊.

Whow!

Thanks a lot for this!
I'll be glad to share what's going on.

So, I'll follow up with those that I choose. I'm at day 6 of Hero's Journey and Yoga - and I'm feeling good with these.

I plan to keep working out every day for the next 365 days and on.

Sooo...

I'm checking in again, guys.

I've done today:

Hero's Journey day 6
Code of Abs day 3
Marathon 16 weeks program, day 4
30 days of Yoga - day 6
and the 3rd day of Challenge of Power Pose.

It's kind interesting how my stamina and well being had change with just a few days. I'm carrying my son easily and I'm feeling with more energy.

Friends!

I had a 2 day step back because I suffered some kind of food intoxication (bad cheese :tears::mask:)

But, I'm fine and back on track again!

And as results, I managed to move foward with most of the programs, except for the Marathon. Because I had to walk 60 minutes. To complete it, I need to wake up a little more earlier, in my routine.

And that's okay! I'm up to the challenge. :)

Where Am I now:

16 weeks to Marathon - Day 6 (I repeated it)

Hero's Journey - Day 9 - a little note here: I FORGOT about the guy that I helped in day 2 and I "faced" the mage alone, so I did all the requested sets hahahaha and also I'm glad that I've done the 200 jump squats (can't feel my hips but it's for a greater good)

Code Abs Day - Day 6 - Fun fact here: my 2 yo boy tried to copy me when I was doing the exercize :D

30 days of Yoga - Day 9 - I've trained my focus here, I because i had to medidate while my stepson was practicing a tromphet lol

Power Pose Challenge - Day 6

Fun thing is, my wife noticed that I've been loosing weight and measures on the hips. And I'm feeling with more energy.
I'm pretty amazed that how good and natural food + workouts are giving "fast" results. (faster than I thought at least :) )

So, that's it for today. Feel free to comment and tell me about your journey at the end of this year. :)

Alright!

Today's log is this:

First of all: HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

I'm glad that i'm here for 2025 and have the company of all of you.

Let's write down about each progress for today:

16 weeks Marathons - day 8 - It was the day I was expecting. I ran only 3,5km. I think that I could put more energy in my running. But I'm going to test this tomorrow.
Hero's Journey - Day 11 - @Germanamazon - today I had another karma, but this one was pretty simple, but I won't give you spoilers since you may start this soon enough. ahaha
Code of Abs - Day 8 - Now I got why the name of the program hahaha - I dont have a six packs, yet, but i'm feeling that I'm going to.
Standing Abs Challenge Day 1 - I love it! And yeah, i'm going to do extra workout this month!
30 days of Yoga - the best part of the training. PS.: Yoga it's not only about stretching and meditation...

Well, I'm posting it late. Today I'm gonna workout later in the day.

Moving foward!

I noticed that some of you guys present themselves on this session...
So, I think I own a presentation. A small one at least.

I'm Alvaro, from Brazil and I found this page before the "reboot", If I can say that.

I work as a lawyer, but instead of paper and office... I love nature and freedom. (Can you explain?)
I have a beautiful family and I'm used to enjoy workout activities...

I love God above everything and I'm here to built up my body because I know that He made us to be healthy.

Right now I don't have hobbies, but I do enjoy playing with my son. He is a strong and smart man.

So....

I think this is it.

My today workout routine:

16 weeks to Marathon
- Day 9
Hero's Journey - Day 12
Code Abs Day - Day 9
30 days of Yoga - Day 12
Power Pose Challenge - Day 9
10k Punches Challenge - 2nd day
Standing Abs Challenge -
2nd day

Still having fun with this set and this is just the beginning. And I'm glad that I started last year :D

See you guys soon again!
