"Speak softly, and carry a big stick."
Anywhere Abs + EC (to replace the standing ab challenge)
Upperbody Tendon Strength + EC (to replace Arms of Steel Seated)
PPL Push B + EC (10lbs)

The next two weekends I know will be busy, but basically my schedule is quite full from the Rolex24 to the Daytona500, so I figured I wouldn't get to keep up with the challenges and program, but still was worth the try.

Casual Training - Mission Possible (not really sure what the EC on this one mean, like take longer rests maybe, but I just did them by the numbers anyways)

Had to take a few days of off for the Roar Before the 24 and will have to take this week off for the Rolex 24, so no real plan this week other than trying stuff out.
Got the treadmill unpacked, and did half an hour on it, with an avg speed of 1.8 mph
Also did Knuckles level 1
