Last night at Muay Thai after the first half hour of athletic preparation with deep squats in the technical training part I had difficulty lifting my leg for knee strikes :LOL:
But my wife was very happy with the pecs I came back with (yes, we did push-ups too) :)
I'm always a bit perplexed by compliments about my body, it rarely happens to me and I've always identified more with my mind than with my body. But I've learned to say thank you anyway.

I'm always a bit perplexed by compliments about my body, it rarely happens to me and I've always identified more with my mind than with my body. But I've learned to say thank you anyway.

Learning to be okay with saying thank you, even if you don't really get the compliment in a situation like this, is a good skill. :)

I've started the Hug Challenge again, an extra daily hug is always good, so I'll keep it up over time :)
I'm thinking of introducing one-handed kettlebell swings into my strength training, to vary and make the most of the kettlebells I have, work in progress... for now I've only thought about it :LOL:
