Last night at Muay Thai after the first half hour of athletic preparation with deep squats in the technical training part I had difficulty lifting my leg for knee strikes :LOL:
But my wife was very happy with the pecs I came back with (yes, we did push-ups too) :)
I'm always a bit perplexed by compliments about my body, it rarely happens to me and I've always identified more with my mind than with my body. But I've learned to say thank you anyway.

I'm thinking of introducing one-handed kettlebell swings into my strength training, to vary and make the most of the kettlebells I have, work in progress... for now I've only thought about it :LOL:

We are certainly exaggerating here, but in Italy an average family in case of need would be able to survive for at least a month with only the supplies present in the house at any given time :LOL:

My first thought when I saw the photo of Neila's pantry was that she must have either a.) a big cupboard somewhere else in which she's storing the full packages, or b.) she must have access to a place that sells everything in bulk where one can take one's own containers and purchase just as much as they want. (We have the latter here. But not in every neighbourhood.) Purchasing food here in such tiny quantities (if one did not have access to a "Bulk Barn") would be prohibitively expensive. (This is actually a serious complaint here, re: how food prices are unfairly expensive for single people and people who live in small apartments. Even items that are sold pre-packaged in fixed amounts are often available for a cheaper price if one buys 2 or 3 packages at a time.)

What has always puzzled me is how much plastic is produced when shopping at a supermarket, everything is packaged and the packaging is all to be thrown away.

Between you and @neilarey , I am very tempted to go through and organize the pantry. Work's kitchen is also organized in little containers for some things (though not all) and it just looks so nice. But I probably need to make a good list of staples to have at some point because I always get groceries and then feel like we have nothing to eat, lol.

:hehehe::hehehe::hehehe: nooope, this is it. You normally buy 1 kg ( ~ 2 lb ) of whatever it is you need. You get special offers sometimes like "buy 1, get 1 free" but that's about it. Almost nothing is sold in bulk in regular supermarkets here. Well, maybe the toilet paper :amused: I will photograph the isles next time I go. I normally shop online or I order from a local grocer (they have even smaller quantities of everything).
