Hi everybody,

I’ve been a huge fan of Darebee for almost ten years and I finally made an account here. It’s real cool how we all have mutual things in common with fitness and finding ways to improve our overall well being. The big thing thing I’ve noticed the first hour looking through everything here is that it’s melting pot of all types of fitness and I’m looking forward to learning or trying something new whenever I log in. I’ll open up more eventually as I start getting comfortable in this new environment, but here’s few things about me.

All time favorite exercise: Pull-Up

Favorite go to Darebee workout: Push Squat Repeat

Long term fitness goal: Being able to stand up straight and enjoy my favorite things in life after 60 years old

Overall fitness goal : Continuing my consistency on exercise, listening to my body when it needs rest, and eating food that benefits me
