~ feeling a little out of this morning,
those during this morning's training session that feeling appeared to have dissipated.
Squat Hero brought on first iteration of burpees.

~ Managed to try my hand at some basic baking again, at my wife's request, this passed weekend.
I've gotten quite out of touch with it. Just some simple chocolate cupcakes. I've got some ambitious ideas swirling in the back on my mind,
but time will tell if those will ever come to fruition.
Saturday's long run took quite a bit out of me though, was somewhat zombie-ish for most of the day.
Legs need to catch up, having to work for those long periods of time again.

~ No kicks today, since left side along the groin area was feeling a bit tweaky.
Not sure if I overdid it a little with yesterday's kicks or not. So figured I'd rather rest and stretch it out.

~ Fairly decent grind session this morning.
Not too keen to tackle the shops today, but suppose will just have to handle it
like a band aid being ripped off, since we won't have to do any of it later this month then,
thus won't have to deal with the silly season.

Figured I'd dive into the Fit December,
accompanied by an upperbody and a lowerbody challenge, respectively.
