I suck. Missed yesterday because I took a nap and didn't wake up till this morning 🫣 and tonight I'm having back spasms 😥 started my second gave it bowling and didn't quit. Sigh. Hopefully I can jump back in tomorrow!

You don't suck! You just took a nap, and you couldn't help that you were having back spasms.

I'm glad today was better for you! Cardio kickboxing sounds like fun!

Thanks @Fitato ! Unfortunately I fell asleep again yesterday (not intentionally) and missed my workout... AGAIN. Ugh! My body is really fighting me this week!! But I got it done today! Yay! Here's day 24!

This was one hell of a rough month but I made it! (barely 😅) Between taking a promotion to management, daily hour long workouts (Push Pull Legs), cardio kickboxing, personal training, and bowling I am WIPED.

Taking a few days off from the strength training to rest and recover then will start up MAPS Anabolic on the 6th (by MindPump).
