Hi All! I just realized Darebee has a community! Yay! I've used darebee off and on for a number of years now but have been away from it for a while.
For 2023, my key word is Consistency. I'm looking to build more consistency in my life in all things, fitness being the #1 priority. Right now I consistently attend a cardio kickboxing class twice a week and work with a personal trainer once a week. Those have been constants for a few years now. What has not been consistent is exercising or moving in some way every. single. day. I have a sedentary job and commute an hour each way. This past year I have dealt a LOT with an autoimmune condition and what we believe is a connective tissue disorder and these have caused me to gradually spiral downwards with my daily activity levels.
In the past I've:

- Completed P90X. Twice.
- Lost more than 100lbs
- Completed a variety of other BeachBody works
- Completed numerous 5K's
- Completed a half marathon
- Completed 75Hard
- Completed a variety of challenges
- Survived Army Basic Training, AIT, and Officer Candidate School (all extremely physically rigorous)
- Built a home gym capable of any workout I might want to do
