Still fighting, but not logging : i have a punch challenge, and a kick challenge to do each day, warrior arms with 2 minutes back fist every two days, and some combat moves in hard reset cardio . take care
I will keep punches but stop kicks and a lot of other things, i hurted my little toe on my stationnery bike, he is really ugly, with a lot of blue in the corner of my foot, and it looks like a litte sausage now.... not so little, it is twice the toe of my other foot....
